The value of yoga and breathing practices during pregnancy and in the postpartum period is immeasurable. Babies love rhythmic movement and will generally respond favorably to your customized yoga routine. I will incorporate your goals and the level of physical activity that is right for you to design a yoga class which will soothe and nourish both body and mind. This deliberate movement during pregnancy can help you connect with baby and nurture your growing relationship. Options are available including in-person or remote classes as well as recorded classes for you to practice alongside as you desire.

Breathing exercises are an important element in supporting labor and can be an extremely useful comfort technique as labor progresses in order to cope with the stress and intensity present. Get ahead of the game by practicing breathing techniques throughout your pregnancy. 

After baby is born, we can continue these self-care rituals by designing classes that will assist you in centering back in your body and take into account the many and continual physical demands that your little one has for you.
